Let’s talk

Coaching and training

Three ways in. One approach.

Every engagement runs on the same idea: relationships first, platform second. What changes is the depth, and who it is for.

Group LinkedIn Coaching

Learn the strategy. Build your system. Put it into practice.

A live, interactive coaching session for professionals who want to become significantly more intentional and effective on LinkedIn. This is not a webinar where you listen to someone talk about social media for an hour. You will leave knowing exactly what to change, what to do differently, and how to build LinkedIn into your normal professional routine.

Best for: Professionals who know the basics but feel like they are using a fraction of what the platform can do for them.

What we cover

  • Improving your headline, About section, experience, and overall profile
  • Understanding what makes a LinkedIn post worth reading
  • Developing ideas for posts without constantly wondering what to write

  • Finding and connecting with the right people

Start at the Beginning: Unlock the Value of Understanding LinkedIn

You're on LinkedIn. But is it actually serving you?

You have a profile, scroll your feed, accept connection requests, and occasionally post. But you've never really learned how to use LinkedIn to build relationships and create opportunities.

This session will help you see the platform differently. You'll learn how LinkedIn actually works as a relationship-building and business-development tool, where the real opportunities are hiding, and how to use it intentionally without spending hours online or trying to become a content creator.

You'll leave with: A clear understanding of what LinkedIn can do for you, where to focus your time, and a practical framework for using the platform to find people, build relationships, stay visible, and create opportunities.

First Impressions Matter: How to Make Yours Count

Someone looks you up on LinkedIn. What do they see? And what happens next?

A strong profile is only the beginning. In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to position yourself clearly, make your profile work harder for you, identify people worth knowing, and confidently make the first move without sounding transactional or awkward.

We'll work through profiles, connection requests, outreach, and real examples of how to start conversations that actually sound like you.

You'll leave with: Specific improvements to make to your profile, a simple approach for deciding who to connect with, and practical ways to make new connections and start genuine conversations.

You've Built a Network. Now What?

You probably already know more of the right people than you think.

The value of your network isn't the number next to "connections." It's what you do with the relationships you've already built.

This session will show you how to stay visible, reconnect with people you've lost touch with, strengthen existing relationships, make valuable introductions, and recognize opportunities already sitting inside your network. All without constantly asking people for something.

You'll leave with: A repeatable system for identifying relationships worth investing in, staying meaningfully connected, creating value for others, and turning your existing network into more conversations, introductions, referrals, and business opportunities.

One-on-One LinkedIn Coaching

A LinkedIn strategy built around you.

For professionals who want something deeper than general LinkedIn advice. This is a personalized engagement built around your career, reputation, network, goals, and opportunities. We start with one question: where are you trying to go, and what role can LinkedIn play in getting you there? From there, we build the strategy.

The objective is not to make your profile look better. It is to build a visibility and networking strategy that produces opportunities.

Best for: Executives, business development professionals, entrepreneurs, job seekers, community leaders, sales professionals, and anyone whose career benefits from being known, trusted, and connected.

We talk before anything is quoted. Many organizations pay by invoice rather than card, and that option is on the form.

Every employee has a network, a professional reputation, and a chance to extend the reach of the organization they represent. Training is built around your goals, not delivered as a generic presentation, for companies, associations, nonprofits, and sales or leadership teams.

Questions people actually ask

Between fifteen and ninety minutes, and fifteen genuinely works. The point of the coaching is not to add hours to your week, it is to make the time you already spend produce something. Most people I work with settle around thirty to forty five minutes.

No. Posting daily is a content creator's job, not a professional's. Most of the value on LinkedIn comes from who you are visible to and who you talk to, not from volume. Several of my clients post twice a month and get more out of the platform than people posting daily.

No. Follower counts are not a business outcome and I do not measure anything by them. What counts is whether specific people know who you are, understand what you do, and think of you when something relevant comes up.

The group session teaches the whole system and gets you started on it, in ninety minutes, alongside other professionals. A 1:1 engagement builds the strategy around your career specifically: your network, your goals, your audiences, and the opportunities you are actually going after. Depth is the difference, not quality.

Yes. Coaching is remote first and I work with clients across the United States. In person team training is available regionally, and I travel for conference sessions and larger engagements.

I read every application personally and reply within two business days. If it looks like a fit we have a conversation before any money changes hands. Payment only happens after we both agree the engagement makes sense.

Yes. Many nonprofits, associations and chambers pay by check or ACH, and there is an option for it on the team enquiry form. Say so there and I will send an invoice rather than a payment link.

Still not sure which one fits?

Take the Intentionality Check. Nine questions, ninety seconds, and it will tell you plainly.
