Let’s talk

Relationships first. Platform second.

I am not teaching you a theory.

I am teaching you the thing I did for a living, for thirteen years, with numbers attached.

  • 44% average year over year sales growth
  • $530K in new recurring revenue
  • 400+ businesses
  • 104% retention against an 89% goal

How I got here

For thirteen years I built a career on one idea: real relationships create real opportunities. Most of that was at the Louisville metro chamber of commerce, where my job was to know 1,700 member businesses and connect them to what they needed to grow. I finished as Senior Director of Investor Development.

LinkedIn is how I did it at scale. Not by posting every day, not by chasing followers, but by being deliberately visible to the right people and turning that visibility into conversations that led somewhere.

It produced sales results, not vanity metrics. It also built a professional reputation strong enough that it raised my organization’s visibility and recruited people to work there.

Then enough people asked me how I was doing it that I started teaching it.

I now do this full time, just for you.

The numbers, and what they were for

44%Average year over year sales growth
$530KIn new recurring annual revenue across 400+ businesses
#12Nationally among business development professionals at $2M+ chambers of commerce

A 104% retention rate against an 89% organizational goal. The relationships came first. The numbers followed, every time, in that order.

How I work

We will start by understanding what goal you’re actually trying to accomplish. Is it more business? A stronger network? A new job? Better professional relationships with the people you already know? Once we know where you’re trying to go, we can figure out whether LinkedIn can help you get there, and how.

We’re not going to hack the algorithm, chase followers, or spend hours trying to make you a “LinkedIn influencer.” LinkedIn is a tool. Used well, it can help you meet the right people, stay connected, build trust, and create opportunities.

I genuinely love helping, teaching, coaching, and connecting with others. Over the years, and with the power of LinkedIn, I’ve been able to do that at a scale I never could have imagined. And it all started with taking the first step.
