Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to products and services offered by 4AA Enterprises LLC, doing business as Jordan Clemons Coaching (“Jordan Clemons Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We want our policies to be straightforward and fair. Because our offerings include digital resources, group sessions, individual coaching, and team training, refund and cancellation terms vary by offering.
Digital Resources
Digital resources are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased.
Your purchase gives you a limited license for your own personal or internal business use. Digital resources may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, published, uploaded, or otherwise made available to others without our written permission.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a resource you purchased, contact us at jordan@jordanclemons.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Group Coaching
Purchases of group coaching sessions are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your registration to a later available group session. Transfers are subject to availability.
1:1 Coaching
Before coaching begins, you may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of our work together.
After coaching has begun but before you have reached the halfway point of the agreed coaching engagement, you may cancel and receive a refund equal to 75% of the amount paid for that engagement.
Once the halfway point of the agreed coaching engagement has been reached, payments are non-refundable.
For purposes of this policy, the “halfway point” will be determined by the number of sessions, weeks, or other milestones established for the coaching engagement at the time of purchase or agreement.
Team and Corporate Training
Team or corporate training engagements may be canceled for a full refund if written notice is received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled engagement.
Cancellations received fewer than seven calendar days before the scheduled engagement are non-refundable.
If a separate written agreement for a team or corporate engagement contains different cancellation or refund terms, the terms of that agreement will control.
Rescheduling by Jordan Clemons Coaching
If we need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session or training engagement, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date. If we cancel an engagement and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, amounts paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

Refunds that are approved will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
