The small print
Refunds
Digital resources are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Group coaching registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later available session. 1:1 coaching is fully refundable up to 48 hours before we begin, 75% refundable before the halfway point of the engagement, and non-refundable after that point. Team training is fully refundable when canceled at least seven days before the engagement.
Privacy
I collect only the information needed to operate the site, provide what you request, process purchases, communicate with you, and improve the business. Some interactive resources save information locally in your browser, while payment, analytics, email, and other service providers may process information needed to provide their services. I do not sell your personal information.
Terms
Coaching and training provide education, strategy, and instruction, not guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your circumstances and what you do with what you learn. Purchased resources are for your own use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes may be collected when required by law.
